As a result, Prudential then sold the offices back to the former owners in North and South Carolina. Del-Co then merged with eleven other brokers, and became Prudential Carolinas Realty. During that time the name Del-Co Real Estate was changed to Del-Co Realty Group w/ Carmen DeLuca becoming both owner and Broker-in-Charge. During the next seven years, Dot served as Vice President and Broker-In-Charge of the Wade Hampton Office for Prudential Carolinas Realty. In 1997, Dot sold her share in the company and in the year 2000, joined her husband, Carmen, and her daughter, Lisa, at Del-co Realty Group.
